I manage a square foot State facility that provides a learning environment for students and staff, providing a schedule and event support for over 100 events/month, aside from the academic calendar. Directly lead a multi-million dollar operation\'s budget that provides capital improvement, supervises and tracks all security (both electronic and physical), custodial, large HVAC/control systems - including chill water compressors and cooling towers, electrical, IT bandwidth, high and low pressure boilers, water treatment, and preventative maintenance to include NDI testing. Also, responsible for web based graphics delivery to electronic signage systems.Graduated from a Postgraduate Safety Course of study at Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, so I am intimately familiar with Industrial Safety, OSH, and EPA requirements.Report directly to an Executive Board of Trustees that provide oversight to the (3) partnership owners / agencies. The Committee requires monthly technical briefings on budget, budget forecasts, capital improvement, operational challenges, and prototype updates. Cost of Total Ownership (CTO) management enables replacement of machinery in a strategic way, rather than the \"work until fail\" approach.
