This includes :• Preparing and presenting KPI reports on a weekly basis for the client.• Processing Payroll• Over seeing the Health and safety of the agency colleagues on site.• Monitoring changes or developments within the industry• Evaluating customer needs• Making sure that all colleagues are eligable to work in line with the relevant regulations • Conducting employee appraisals• Recruiting staff• Conducting employee disciplinarys
