The BDE is responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and promoting the organization\'s certification programs and services in counseling and psychology.The position requires strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individual learners, educational institutions, and corporate entities. The BDE acts as a bridge between the organization and the target audience, ensuring smooth client engagement and conversion to drive business growth.Roles and Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Client Outreach-Generate leads through digital platforms, events, referrals, and outreach campaigns-Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and direct meetings. Sales & Promotion of Programs-Explain program offerings, benefits, and learning outcomes to prospective students-Assist clients in selecting suitable courses aligned with their career goals-Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Client Relationship Management-Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction-Provide prompt support in addressing queries and concerns before and after enrollment-Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and conversions. Coordination and Teamwork-Work closely with the marketing, counseling, and operations departments-Ensure smooth coordination during the admission and onboarding process.
