Accountabilities:Resource fulfilment - At All Levels for Insurance practice of 1100 practitioners in a Service Line delivery model.Deployment planning for skills such as Guidewire (Policy/Claims/Billing/Rating/Testing), Majesco, Origami and Sapiens.Partner with business for resource forecasting, review of demands in line with revenue growth of the unit.Identifying Gap (analysis) and bridging the gap between various capacity functions such as Hiring, Contracting, Internal teams to ensure timely and optimal staffing for all projectsStakeholder Management – Interaction with Offering lead and Program Managers for understanding of demand and providing them fulfillment guidance at all career stagesForecast analysis and providing short term and mid-term onboarding ramp-up plans for booked revenue demands to Service Line leaders. This also ascertain the utilization trend and help in review the hiring decision and Plan.Govern bench & implement measures to be at the optimal number and at the optimal bench cost.Focus on ensuring that resources of suitable skills are available for projects as required, as well as managing the planning, and skills enhancement associated with resources.People rotation strategies to help seed the right talent to set up new opportunities for success while balancing overall delivery risk across portfoliosManage Performance Issues & Resignation cases and provides suitable replacementLeveraging tools from Onboarding teams to support assimilation of new hires and interns to the team/practice, reviewing initial client assignments and chargeability.Making staffing decisions while considering individual development needs, career interests, and broad-based experiences.Manage bench operations and optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity
