GE HealthCare, a recently spun-off entity from General Electric, is a global leader in medical technology, offering solutions across Medical Imaging, Ultrasound, Patient Care Systems, and Pharma Diagnostics. Within the Imaging business unit, I lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and Operations for the Imaging Platform Software team, responsible for building scalable and secure software capabilities used across all imaging modalities—CT, MR, X-Ray, Mammography, and Interventional systems.Key Responsibilities & Leadership Impact:Strategic PMO LeadershipHead the PMO for the Imaging Platform Group, delivering critical software infrastructure and shared services including Infrastructure, Clinical Services, Cybersecurity, Digital Distribution, IP Protection, and horizontal capabilities such as DevOps and Test Automation across all modalities.Agile Program Delivery with SAFeEnsure on-time delivery of platform components through a Program Increment (PI) cadence every 4 months, enabling harmonized user experience across modalities. Drive alignment with business objectives using SAFe agile methodologies.Governance & Quality AssuranceImplement robust governance frameworks and standards to meet defined KPI targets across quality, schedule, and cost, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory readiness across all releases.Operational & Financial OversightServe as the Operational Leader for Imaging Platform Software, managing a $30M annual R&D budget. Accountable for full cost oversight, including employee salaries, contractors, P&E (Plant & Equipment), IT infrastructure, and related expenses.This role sits at the intersection of strategic planning, technical execution, and cross-business collaboration—driving scalable software solutions that power GE HealthCare’s imaging innovations globally.
