Leading product strategy and execution for the international expansion of Alexa+, Amazon’s next-generation Generative AI–powered voice assistant. Responsible for defining product requirements, localization strategy, and cross-functional alignment to bring Alexa+ to global customers.Partner closely with engineering, applied science, and regional business teams to adapt Alexa+’s LLM-based architecture, multimodal experiences, and regulatory compliance frameworks for diverse languages and cultures. Oversee model evaluation, feature readiness, and launch success metrics across multiple locales to deliver natural, high-quality voice experiences worldwide-I lead a team of product managers who help Alexa getting smarter by turning customers\' feedback & data insights into new Alexa features & product improvements for Amazon Echo devices in France, Italy and Spain.As Senior In-Country Product Manager I owned the PM part of Alexa launch in Italy. I was the first one to join the Italian Alexa team and worked on all the phases that brought Amazon to succesfully launch Alexa in October 2018. I then focused on the continuous improvement of the product and feature for the Italian customers-I started in the Kindle TAM Ops team, supporting European publishers on operational and technical matters. I then got ownership of to technical relationship with Italian publishers in Italy.In April 2017 I became the Head of FRITES TAM, leading a team of TAM in France, Italy and Spain and overseeing India team as well-In FASTWEB I worked as a network engineer on Network Platform Services; I worked on different projects; the main one were MVNO, Unified Communication, Identity Access Managment and Network to Network Interconnection-I\'ve worked in Italtel SpA in Milan as a Testing Engineer since July 2008 till May 2009 (1 year).In Italtel I worked as Testing Engineer in Customer Solution Department at Italtel in Milan; I managed fault reports and I performed validation tests on NGN in services delivered to important customers of Italian and west European markets (OBS, FranceTelecom).In Italtel I improved my knowledge on VoIP protocols suite like H.323 and in particular SIP.
