The role focuses on enabling business growth through effective talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture across multiple locations.Responsibilities:• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with business priorities and growth objectives• Lead and manage HR operations across four locations for a workforce of 700+ employees• Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding, enhancing hiring efficiency and candidate experience• Champion employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives• Design and deliver Learning & Development programs to build future-ready digital capabilities• Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making• Partner with leadership on change management, organizational design, and transformation initiatives• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and governance frameworks• Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including induction, 360° feedback, background verification, deployment, and offboarding• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency
