ABOUT RASHA NAHAS
Today\'s government leaders are always looking for new ways to transform. I feel fortunate to work with agencies that aspire to deliver customer experience even better than the commercial sector. As a leader focused on Federal citizen services, I use CX to keep transformation efforts aligned with mission and customer needs. Innovation is a collaborative process, and I take every opportunity to help leaders connect and learn from each other. I’ve been able to bring senior leaders together to gain alignment around seemingly intractable problems. Through respectful diplomacy, I’ve helped Cabinet-level agencies gain greater mission impact by finding ways to quickly scale and move digital transformation across the enterprise. I believe in giving back to my community and serve as president on the board of directors for a local charitable organization supporting refugees with essential services, such as shelter, healthcare and education. Through charitable efforts across DC, I’m focused on improving education for displaced children.
