Support US and global sales teams. Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts for clients, vendors and/or other third parties, including customer and vendor terms relating to services, data licensing, data sharing/use, and data management platform participation. Support business operations and providing direction and counsel regarding compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provide guidance and expertise on data privacy and security regulations around the globe, including GDPR and US privacy laws. Provide support for US labor and employment matters including hiring, termination, consultation, non-compete obligations, etc. Develop customer-centric solutions to ensure both legal compliance is achieved and internal and external customer needs are satisfied. Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
