ABOUT RAPHAEL FREIRE

My work is driven by a deep passion for understanding why people behave the way they do. Hence, I’m constantly looking for ‘unseen opportunities’ to make their lives better. I feed this passion by learning as much as I can about behavioral and social sciences, particularly behavioral economics, consumer psychology, and team dynamics. I’m captivated by experiments and approaching challenges with a scientific mindset. I approach my international career as a great field research where I can learn about different cultures, beliefs, and values. So far, I have worked across North America, Latin America, and South Asia. I’m an Organizational Psychologist on a mission to make the world a better place to work. I partner with clients to solve wicked problems and help organizations, leaders, and teams to reach their aspirations. This passion started early in my career whilst designing data-led strategies that maximize employee motivation and productivity. Out of the desire to bring these strategies to life, my focus shifted to implementation whilst building new expertise. I ventured through Change Management, Digital Transformations, and Organizational Design. I partnered with senior leaders on their development journeys, ‘became agile’, and explored the world of scrum masters, product owners, squads, and tribes to drive innovation and new ways of working, ultimately aligning and transforming cultures. As a leader, I’m a strong advocate for psychological safety. Being empathetic and an active listener is the basis of my coaching check-ins. Expect honest feedback, meaningful and thought-provoking conversations to challenge, deepen, and expand your thinking towards a more holistic point of view. I strive to ensure my teams are engaged and energized whilst creating the conditions for their growth and development. Being able to do our best work means we are also able to live a better life.My free time is spent in the kitchen experimenting with flavors and textures, out exploring the world with my wife and two amazing kids, and challenging my own views of life and the universe by searching for new things to learn.Let’s connect!
