Financial Reporting- Supervise day to day operations relating to various aspects of financial accounting and reporting at corporate locations- Track, monitor and ensure preparation and consolidation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP / Ind-AS- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting and forecasting- Internal and external reporting- Proactively scrutinizing the accounts for accuracy of reporting- Managing internal as well as external auditors. Coordinating for smooth audit and managing points arising out of audit reviews- Actively be involved in the interpretation of statutory requirements and in addressing complex financial issues as they arise.2. Taxation- Support in working on advance tax / final tax liability for all the entities on a quarterly and yearly basis- Submit all transaction documents, resolve queries and liaise with tax consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities- Liasioning with the tax consultant with respect to preparation and compilation of details required for the return submissions and assessment and appeal hearings before tax authorities- Ensuring tax invoices, receipt vouchers, refund vouchers, payment vouchers and other documents required under GST are issued accurately and in time where applicable- Reconciling input credit mismatch. Coordinating and follow up to ensure credits flow is maximized- Preparation of Tax schedules and reconciliation, ensuring that tax returns are tallied with books, dealing with statutory and tax auditors- Reconciliation of revenue and expenses as per books with taxes (VAT/CST/GST/Entry tax/Form 26AS etc) paid and disclosed in returns as well as disclosures made in audited financial statements and tax returns- Dealing with all tax audits and assessment, departmental audits, replies to various queries and notices issued by the department.
