Head of Operational Technology & Security Risk at Centrica, leading enterprise resilience across critical infrastructure environments.With over 25 years’ experience delivering complex, high-value transformation across OT, IT, ICT and cybersecurity landscapes, I am accountable for strengthening operational resilience, managing security risk, and protecting critical infrastructure against evolving cyber and operational threats.I lead multi-region compliance and risk programmes, modernise control frameworks, and oversee enterprise-wide change spanning people, process and technology. My focus is ensuring that operational technology environments remain secure, compliant and future-ready — while translating technical and regulatory risk into clear, actionable business outcomes for executive leadership.Alongside my core remit, I serve as Secretariat to Centrica’s Shadow Board, connecting employee insight with executive leadership and influencing strategic priorities across culture, DE & I and organisational communication. As former Co-Chair of the Centrica Women’s Network for DTS, I’ve championed inclusion, expanded mentoring pathways, and built initiatives that strengthen capability and progression across the organisation.I’m passionate about safeguarding critical infrastructure, embedding robust security risk governance, and aligning technology, people and purpose to deliver meaningful, sustainable impact.
