Transforming procurement into a foundation of trust, transparency, and community empowerment.Leading the design and development of FNCIAS’ complete procurement function from the ground up, including the full source-to-contract (S2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle. I am responsible for building the policies, procedures, controls, tools, and systems that enable ethical, effective, and efficient procurement across all programs, while embedding risk management, governance, and sustainability into every process.A key focus of this work is the development of First Nations suppliers and the creation of fair, transparent pathways for participation in procurement and capital projects. This includes building supplier capacity, promoting equitable opportunities, and aligning procurement practices with long-term community and economic growth goals.My objective is to create a high-integrity framework that supports strategic sourcing, capacity building, and value for money in ways that respect both fiscal accountability and community priorities. The goal is to establish a resilient, best-practice procurement environment capable of supporting billions in future infrastructure and housing investments.First Nations Capital and Infrastructure Agency of Saskatchewan (FNCIAS) is a First Nations-led organization transforming how infrastructure and housing are delivered across Saskatchewan.
