Managing $200 million dollars in perpetual inventory across five Bronx campuses\\\\n• Overseeing all of supply chain activities for all five Bronx campuses including but not limited to service\\\\ncontract negotiations, new product requests, maintaining biologics & implants\\\\n• Responsible for standardizing all supply chain functions from a process standpoint across five Bronx\\\\nCampuses\\\\n• Responsible for product standardization within the Perioperative space for all five Bronx campuses\\\\n• Conduct and evaluate supply and equipment trials for their impact on patient care as well as the financial\\\\nimpact on the institution\\\\n• Mentor every site Materials Manager based on several abilities including but not limited to their clinical\\\\nengagement, clinical partnership, staff engagement, task prioritization, task execution, & mentorship ability\\\\n• Continue to develop strategies for each campus to adjust to the changes to the supply chain climate as well\\\\nas the adjustment in patient volumes\\\\n• Continue to develop supply chain metrics to gauge performance and staff productivity including but not\\\\nlimited to inventory turns, expired item (both total dollars and inventory quantity), slow moving inventory,\\\\nno-moving inventory, total spend, average inventory value and total savings through various inventory\\\\nexercises\\\\n• Report out and provides justification on total spend of supplies and services for the operating room for each\\\\ncampus\\\\n• Report out provides justification for total payroll spend including but not limited to worked hours, non-worked hours, overtime and use of agency st\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
