Office of the President and Special Projects Responsible for data analysis and project coordination critical to developing and implementing business solutions for a range of operational areas. • Conduct data collection, analysis and present to support initiatives and projects • Utilize benchmarking applications and databases to ensure identification and adoption of best practices that will lead to superior process performance • Identify and quantify optimal quality improvement processes to support the organization\'s vision and goals • Creating statistical reports and provide root cause analysis and process improvement • Working collaboratively on IS and cost management projects • Lead in process design/redesign initiatives through various methodologies: systems/ops analysis, forecasting demands, constraint analysis, application of queuing theory service delivery methods, simulation modeling, work flow analysis • Perform in-depth financial analysis • Quantify, measure, and document process improvements • Ensure end user objectives are achieved with desired outcomes • Identify appropriate data sources, assess validity, specify reasonable assumptions, identify areas of focus, synthesize additional information to create insights • Oversee and train staff of analysts • Project Management – ensuring the plan is clearly reasoned and communicated with effective structures for control, monitoring and adjustments • Agility in the use of data and process improvement tactics • Assessing appropriate data sources and analytic methods under uncertain conditions • Make complex and abstract concepts accessible through smart visual representation and good information design • Gaining the trust of both clinical and executive management • Managing complex project implementation amidst uncertainty • Provides guidance and analysis that impact decisions to commit organizational resources
