Working smart to learn, increase my knowledge and skills, in supporting my team and our clients.With the fast changing world of Cyber Security this means being a life-long learner is crucial to being relevant to my customers. If anything I am spending more time reading, watching and preparing than every before!Being a vendor, we have to be mindful, of positioning yet another magic “box” or product.I am fortunate to be surrounded by a great team. She told me - “Randall, you have two ears to listen, and only one mouth to speak. Always listen to your customers and you will be surprised what you will learn”.
