Competency Assessment and On Job Training for Omani National Trainees, as per (OPITO/SQA) standard. • Conducting classroom training for underpinning knowledge (UPK) modules and AIPSM courses.• Coaching and mentoring of matured staffs like Production Operators, Control Room Operators, Production Operator Specialists as per Job Competency Profile (JCP).• Verification of matured staff Job Competency Profile before progression of job group.• Arranging HSE and Process Safety Management (PSM), Defensive Driving (DD), SCABA courses and maintaining training data base. • Conduct internal verification of the competence and assurance system to ensure compliance with the requirements of local/international standards.• Simulator Training and Assessment for RHIP Field Operators and Control Room Operators.• Keeping records of Assessment portfolio, Task books and maintaining high quality competency standards.
