Transferred from BW Offshore to OCS (Sister concern of BW Offshore) for Ruby FPSO Operations & Maintenance• Worked in the capacity of an Integrity discipline lead and be the focal point for all activities related to Asset Integrity discipline for MJ Ruby FPSO• Preparation of Preventive Maintenance plans for all static equipment, piping, painting in line with regulatory (OISD, PNG) and Class (ABS/IRS) requirements• Liaise with maintenance planner on a regular basis to create SAP PM plans, work order release and closing (WOCO, TECO) etc.• Preparation of Asset Integrity Management procedures and revise from time to time• Organize NDT inspection campaigns for static equipment and piping• Carry out API 510 external visual in-service inspection for pressure equipment• Inspection data management and thickness data management in GE-APM Meridium• Root cause analysis for equipment failures• Spare parts review, spares ordering for static equipment• Honouring all maintenance KPI requirements as per the O&M contract• Identification and preparation of corrosion loops diagrams on PFD mark-ups• Understand and comply with regulatory (OISD, PNG) and Class (ABS/IRS) requirements• Preparation of controlled document registers viz. Hose register, small bore tubing register, injection points register, blinds register, PSV register etc.• Prepare TML/CML mark-ups on isometrics and GA drawings for inspection

Materials & Corrosion engineer with 13+ years experience in Oil and Gas asset integrity management, Operations & Maintenance, Risk based inspection, materials selection, corrosion monitoring, failure analysis, quality control inspection.Experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Operations & Maintenance• Certified in API 510, API 580 and API 571.• Demonstrated ability in handling a team of 6+ engineers on Upstream projects acting both as a technical lead and a project lead and stewarding • Demonstrated experience in taking up variety of Upstream projects for FPSO’s, TLPs and Topsides ranging from Materials selection, RBI, Corrosion monitoring, failure analysis, pressure equipment and piping inspection management etc.• Experience in Risk Based Inspection programs, Equipment strategy development, inspection plan development, hands on experience in Meridium / GE-APM - Meridium RBI modules for FPSO’s, TLPs and Topsides• Demonstrated experience in coating integrity assessment and prioritization for FPSO’s, TLPs and Topsides• Expertise in metallurgical failure analysis encompassing hands on experience in micro structural examination of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, micro hardness measurements, SEM and EDS analysis etc. • Good knowledge on NDE techniques and applications • Experience in corrosion monitoring by analysis of corrosion coupons/probes data• Proficiency in materials selection for Upstream and proficiency with the use of corrosion rate estimation software like ECE 5.3, Predict 6.0.• Experience in quality control inspection of piping system fabrication, hydro testing, mechanical clearance, box up of piping loops etc.• Familiar with international standards like ASTM, NACE, ASME, API etc.
