Technical Advisor of Instrumentation & Control and Telecom for day-to-day Ruby FPSO Operations, providing input to the Operational Performance Standard (OPS) and Maintenance Management.* Monitoring the operation on a continuous basis that the Ruby FPSO performs according to the operational performance standards and advise on suitable remedial actions as necessary to maintain the plant uptime.* Ensuring the efficiency and quality is achieved for maintenance, inspection and repair of Instruments & control systems and Telecom throughout the life cycle of Ruby FPSO* Ensuring that the asset is adequately maintained as per the class and regulatory requirements* Prepare and conduct regular review of the SMP\'s and SOP\'s * Investigate instrument and control related incident, prepare the report and submit to client within 72-hours, actively participate and contribute to the RCA, Implement the recommendation as part of the Investigation or RCA through agreed procedure\'s such as MOC.* Prepare the redline markup of design documents, raise an MOC, narrate the changes with relevant markup, Ensure the implementation of the MOC and close with all necessary as implemented changes in the original design documents.* Coordinate IT related matters between offshore team and IT / external service providers.* Conduct Periodic competence assessment of the offshore E&I Lead, Instrument Technicians and DCS Specialist* Follow-up discipline queries raised by the client and ensure them resolved by providing the suitable solution* Prepare and involve the plant shutdown and contribute to the shutdown related activities both at onshore and at offshore* Periodic visit to Offshore to check the plant, collect the data\'s for various issues, co-ordinate with various vendors and solve the issues.* Attend technical meeting with client, Vendor, Inter-discipline co-ordination, and ensuring the action points are closed within time.
