Responsibilities: Working as SAP EDI Programmer. Open user story and maintain progress in Jira for each supplier testing and go-live. Perform Connectivity testing with Supplier between supplier test system and BMW test system. Configure suppliers based on their communication protocol like OFTP, SFTP/FTPS, VAN in test and prod system. Attend meeting with suppliers to resolve connectivity issue and doubt regarding VDA 4987 requirements. Provide feedback to their VDA 4987 test files. implement VDA 4984 as well if supplier request. Move suppliers to different version of DELFORs like 830, VDA 4905 and VDA 4984. Perform Enrich data testing with material planner. Developing helping documents for supplier so can connect with BMW system easily in test and prod. Providing hyper care support after supplier moved in prod with basic ASN and Enrich ASN. Configure suppliers on supply on ASN and JIT ASN as well based their connectivity and process flow. Trouble shooting for production issues. Developed/ enhanced some of the Shell Scripts to send/receive HR/ financial data to and from suppliers. Onboarding for new suppliers for ORDERS, DELFOR, DELJIT, ASN and financial files. Check SAP test and prod system to provide error detail once Key user is not able to identify the issue. Configuring file transfer jobs in Control-M Managed File Transfer. Environment and Tools: TSIM (TS integration manager) 3.9.1, Axway 3.1 object Browser, Windows, Unix,EDI notepad++, BMC Remedy ITSM,Service Now,Multi parser, Control-M Managed File Transfer, JIRA,Ultra Edit,GEFEG.FX,
