Integrated the work of FAA staff and contractors to provide a cohesive approach and plan for radar replacements. Ensured stakeholder concerns were addressed using the team\'s expertise including assessments of commercial products, evaluation of implementation alternatives to reduce radar down-time and transitioning all airports quickly.
