Since joining, I have led a step-change in how the Group approaches marketing. I reorganised and strengthened the team, putting the right skills in the right roles, and introduced clear strategies aligned to corporate objectives. We repositioned brands, built strong thought leadership content linked to legislation, and delivered integrated campaigns that increased visibility and demand for multi-utility and low-carbon solutions. Alongside this, I am leading the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to improve automation and performance tracking, strengthened PR and industry engagement, and supported the successful launch of new low-carbon products as the industry transitions away from fossil fuels.I am proud to work with a dedicated and professional team across the company.
