Presently serving as VP Finance and CFO for Adecco India, providing strategic direction on business turnaround, consistent year-over-year double-digit growth, investments in new service lines, optimization of service and client mix, commercial negotiations, funding, and pension asset management. As a board member and director, responsible for governance across finance operations, treasury, compliance, internal controls, and change management. Also served as ad interim CEO, successfully guiding the organization through a critical leadership transition, and led the HR consulting division.Prior experience includes 20+ years in automotive / manufacturing / professional services / IT and ITeS. Member of the executive leadership team and a trusted business partner driving results in cross country multiple plant/site environment. Expertise includes business strategy, product/price positioning, manufacturing, supply chain, investment and capacity optimization, material cost and inventory management, large-scale restructuring, greenfield and brownfield project execution, cost management, joint venture integration, long-term financial planning, taxation, accounting, audit, governance and compliance. Led numerous transformation initiatives, including finance systems and process redesign, ERP implementation (supporting new manufacturing facilities and joint ventures), project governance, and the establishment of IT-enabled global Centres of Excellence. Also played a key role in building and developing high-performing teams.
