I am expert in numerical calculations for propeller geometry, for wake adapted propellers with lifting line theory, its characteristics, vessel speed, bollard pull, strength analysis, shafting calculations, alignment and whirling calculations. Also can works on software tools like, hydrocomp prop-expert, prop-cad, power-shape, power mill, Robomill, Auto Cad, solid works, etc. Successfully designed and produced FPP propeller with different shapes, model and sizes like Kaplan, B-series, Gwan, Customized models for various projects all over worlds for fast patrolling boats, pilot boats, work boat, tankers, cargo vessels, tug boats, barges,luxurious yacht, trawlers, fishing boats, landing crafts, roro vessels, passenger boats, etc.Expert in designing and production of propeller, shafts, couplings stren-tube, rudders and nozzle for ship building industry. Developed new innovative idea to manufacture propeller pattern for casting.
