My 0 to 1 brand journey- Defined brand story, positioning, pricing ladders, and tone after competitive mapping to anchor all decisions- Built packaging system end to end: colors, hierarchy, claims, mandatory info, and two proprietary IP elements to create a distinct shelf identity- Set up listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, and quick-commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto) with complete compliance and documentation- Led website build with UI or UX flow, PDP content, titles, and descriptions; integrated tools and plugins for journey, payments, and analytics- Established ops stack and SOPs: payments, shipping, delivery SLAs, returns, and support workflows for a clean day-one experience- Created the GTM plan: audience, message, channels, budgets, calendar, and success metrics across online and on-ground- Ran performance marketing on Meta, Google, and Amazon: targeting, bidding, keywords, creatives, and weekly test-and-learn- Produced performance creatives and UGC; launched social channels, built a content cadence, and tied outputs to conversion and recall- Drove influencer collaborations end to end: shortlist, briefs, coordination, asset approval, go-live, and measurement- Planned 360 campaigns: Hotstar, Meta, YouTube, metro, in-shop activations, corporate parks, RWAs, cinema, and print- Designed retail POSMs (shelf strips, danglers, wobblers) and coached BAs to improve in-store storytelling and sell-through- Wrote script briefs for brand films and commercials; aligned story, models, and USPs for consistent on-brand messaging- Extended the portfolio via NPD: pricing inputs, packaging guidance, and pipeline planning aligned to positioning and demand signals- Closed the loop weekly: reviewed data, customer feedback, and creator signals to refine media, PDPs, offers, and merchandising.
