Led BlackLine account reconciliation for a global client, managing data accuracy, exchange rates, and reporting. Spearheaded the migration of Oracle balances to GL accounts and ensured seamless month-end close processes• Preparation of SLA Matrix report.• Prepare Require adjustment reports• Migration of balances Oracle to GL Accounts.• Run Leaver termination report on weekly basis.• Provide Blackline access to users with training material.• Run AP, AR & FA Subledger load into Blackline• Run GL Currency and GL Balances interface.• Update Blackline reference fields for Active accounts.• Resolving service central tickets raised by client & team.• Cross check of all subledgers load run into Blackline from oracle.• Prepare global reconciliation status report and share with team.• Add or remove accounts from group into Blackline manually.• Period End/Open for the month and migration of bank balances.• Proficiency in using Blackline software and its various modules• Prepare Account status report – incomplete recs in Blackline and provide live status to client & team.• Prepare Inactive user review report and fallow up with user for reassignment details and assign accordingly.• Prepare run unassigned report & assign accounts manually with accurate findings after approval with client.• Extract bank statement and share with team for reconciliations & control check activity to team.
