In this leadership position, I have been responsible for the design and analysis of advanced Battery Thermal Management Systems for both 2W and 4W electric vehicles.My contributions have encompassed the entire spectrum of the thermal management system, including the intricate details of cooling plates, serpentine cooling tubes, thermal interface materials, condensers, electric fans, expansion tanks, E compressors, chillers, and more. Utilizing simulation tools such as Star CCM+ and GT SUITE, I have consistently optimized the thermal performance of battery packs through various cooling design options.Beyond technical responsibilities, my role extends to team management, where I have successfully supervised and mentored a team, fostering a culture of productivity and efficiency. I\'ve been actively engaged in evaluating supplier technical solutions, establishing cross-functional networks, and aligning with teams in IndiaMoreover, my strategic approach has led to the development of project objectives, design guidelines, and automation processes that significantly reduce design iterations and enhance overall efficiency.
