Providing strategic and operational leadership for Procurement dept. To ensures that procurement are done in effective and cost-efficient manner that meet the organization priorities. To ensures that organization meets its contractual and statutory obligations related to the role and remains the primary contact point for legal advisors for the overall Procurement function. This position plays a key role in advancing a ‘shared leadership’ practice at senior levels of the organization, working in collaboration with the leadership team.\\\\n\\\\n• Ensure that robust systems are in place to handle high volume / value procurements in time and in cost efficient manner.\\\\n• Be the SPOC for all PeopleSoft ERP systems for its operations, update, feature enhancement or any change management including trouble shooting.\\\\n• Training and hand holding and induction of new Procurement personnel.\\\\n• Manage internal/Statutory/any other Audit end to end and work as a PAN India interface with auditors and internal procurement team to coordinate and manage audit scope/documentation requirement, management comments, any corrective action.\\\\n• Process consistency across procurement teams with focus on proper documentation and record keeping.\\\\n• Streamline existing procurement processes to meet the changing requirements and corresponding procurement manual updation while maintaining control and compliance requirement.\\\\n• Conduct periodic training of procurement/program teams to ensure assimilation of procurement manual and DoA.\\\\n• Lead in developing and modifying procurement policies and procedures in alignment with business and process efficiency.\\\\n• Providing technical assistance on procurement and supply chain management for efficient delivery mechanisms.\\\\n• Pricing contracts / master agreements for products and services that are routine in nature.\\\\n• Regular interactions with Program heads to understand procurement bottleneck and provide solutions.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
