Planning the strategy and completing Land Acquisition as per the project requirement for the Wind, Solar and Hybrid projects PAN India. Planning and forecasting the budget for the Land Procurement, preparation of Scope of work, selection of Aggregators duly checking their profiles and coordinating their compliance check and engaging the potential aggregators. Coordination with GEDA, KREDL, NREDCAP. Drafting of the LPA, driving the Due Diligence and coordinating the Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Mutation, NA and other government approvals and compliances. Proper liaisoning with various internal and external stakeholders, government authorities for smooth progress of works at site and to solve all the RoWs at site. Recruitment and building of team at site as well as HO level.
