In collaboration with the core scrum team, I worked to document features, epics, user stories (using the INVEST criteria), acceptance criteria, impact maps, and story refinements, which include all the information needed to be developed, tested, and validated.Analysis of the specifications needed to create use cases and business processes. analysed the solutions and evaluated the capabilities of the current system using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, and site visits.The creation, monitoring, and prioritisation of business needs with a moderated end-to-end delivery process utilising a structured and agile methodology.Supporting the creation and usage of test environments ensures the greatest quality for updates, revisions, releases, and deployments. To run tests and check the results, develop test strategies, construct detailed test cases, and establish transactions.As needed throughout deployment, give commercial teams operational assistance.Processes for supporting business initiatives were designed and documented, both final and interim.Data analysis, data definition documentation between new and old systems; creating the necessary reporting needs and, if necessary, documenting the reporting and data procedures.Deployments and change management that are planned ahead of time guarantee that there is enough time for delivery and communication to alter business procedures, warn impacted personnel, keep facility records up-to-date, and adhere to change control requirements.Long-term customer relationship management, being proactive in adding value to processes, services, and goods, and predicting and addressing underlying requirements. Constant assistance and knowledge of products and systems, helping to identify issues and find solutions.Coordinate with the relevant technical teams and users to ensure the prompt resolution of on going processing issues.
