Supported method development and transfers to QC for lot release assays as well. o Drove data generation and analytics (Correlations with Mfg outcomes, CQAs, Clinical response) from >200 samples. Data presented at national & international conferences. o Clinical Sample management including processing & storage of primary and derived daughter samples collected from the clinical trial for >400 collection timepoints over 2 years. o Generating XOPs, Reports & industry standard documentations aligned with GDP principles. o Hired & mentored 3 direct reportees & 2 interns in addition to managing cross functional manpower.• Project lead for life cycle management of QARTEMI (varnimcabtagene autoleucel) driving development of alternate manufacturing processes to make it more scalable and affordable. • Project lead developing Cell & Gene therapy for β-Thalassemia & Sickle cell disease: Lentiviral construct designs to enable high globin expression, Creating & tracking project plans with budget & resource projections. Designing/Reviewing experimental plans & data for lead identification (in-vitro POC) & Analytical development.• Working with all R&D functions and cross functional teams to build robust and efficient operations: Creating & implementing project based matrix structure, semi-digital documentation practices, centralized order tracking system, equipment management and inventorisation of samples/reagents, analyst qualification SOP etc.
