Having 12+ years of experience is designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across the multiple industries in US and UK. Currently working with IBM Consulting as a Managing Consultant, where I have took multiple responsibilities in the projects, primarily listing down – Cloud Solution Architect, Functional Lead, Business Transformation Analyst etc. to perform tasks such as Discovery workshops, Fit-gap analysis, requirement Gathering, solution design, Analysis & configuration, Documentation(Requirement Specification), Implementation, testing cycles (SIT, UAT, and Mock), Go-live, Post-Go live Issues resolution, Support and Upgrade Management through multiple releases of Oracle cloud. As well as worked with Oracle as development partner for Oracle Fusion Payroll US country extension in the earlier releases of Fusion HCM Product (Release 4 to 7 )
