Configure and manage Cybereason EDR tools and systems, ensuring they are properly set up and maintained.• Perform regular updates and patch management to keep the EDR system up to date.• Create and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate roles and permissions.• Ensure that users have the necessary access to perform their duties while maintaining security protocols.• Manage EDR on Android and iPhone mobile devices using JAMF.• Fine-tune Cybereason EDR policies and apply required changes to ensure they align with organizational standards.• Monitor the health and performance of the Cybereason EDR system, addressing any issues that arise.• Generate reports on EDR activities, incidents, and system performance for management review.• Connect with users to address their issues and resolve them in a timely manner.• Create and maintain KB articles and SOP documents for various issues and daily tasks.• Monitor and analyse network traffic, system logs, and alerts using Cybereason EDR to identify potential security incidents.• Perform in-depth analysis of suspicious activities and escalate incidents as necessary.• Lead the investigation and response to security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery.• Document and report findings, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for future prevention.
