ABOUT RAHUL K. MISHRA

I have 27 years of experience in teaching, training, academic administration, and corporate. I completed my Master of International Business (MIB) from Delhi University. My research interests are in the areas of Strategy, International Business, and Innovation. I teach Strategy, Innovation, and International Business courses. Have conducted over 200+Management Development Programs (MDPs) in the last 20 years and have trained middle and senior-level executives in areas of Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership. These MDPs are conducted for executives of NTPC, BHEL, Engineers India Limited, NBCC, National Housing Bank, and the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT). I have attended several international seminars of AACSB and EFMD in the USA, UK, Spain, the Czech Republic, Japan, Singapore, and the UAE. I have also attended meetings at the University of London and Bradford. Have published my articles in the Secretariat.In, Indian Management and IILM Management Review. Have developed the MOOC course on Innovation and Start-up Policy on the SWAYAM-IIMBx platform. The course started in January 2020 and is continuing in the December 2024 session, with students enrolling in the course in eight semesters. I have also developed another Course on SWAYAM- Innovation and Design Thinking for Educators. It has been running since January 2025 till now.
