Key Responsibilities:· Product ManufacturingExecute daily production of cosmetic products, including balms, oils, and creams, adhering strictly to existing formulas and quality standards.· Lab Management: Establish and implement best practices within the production lab to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.· Production Planning: Collaborate with operations and sales teams to develop and manage production schedules that meet demand forecasts and inventory requirements.· Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients and components, coordinating with the purchasing manager to ensure timely availability of materials.· Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.· Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet de Mamiel\'s high standards and regulatory requirements.· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, batch records, and quality control tests to ensure traceability and compliance.
