I have a total of 19 years of diverse experience with a proven track record in Infrastructure Operations, Application Operations and Cloud operations with hands-on strong Delivery experience. Along with handling Service Desk L1/L2, Remote Desktop Support team, Problem Management, Incident & Service Management teams. My current portfolio also spans across User Experience and End User Services practice for UK region.
