Package Lead & Design CoordinatorFGJV – Snowy 2.0 Project valued A$12 billion.• Leading the design coordination and review of critical underground works packages, including penstock and manifold tunnels, intakes, dry & pressurized tunnels, headrace & tailrace tunnels, different dry/wet Plugs etc.• Reviewing and approving subcontractor drawings, calculations & reports, providing markups and examples in AutoCAD/Rivitzo to guide revisions and ensure compliance with the employer\'s and project requirements.• Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams (construction, technical office, laboratory, BIM), including the client and subcontractors, to drive packages to closure and resolve design or site issues.• Conducting site visits to address construction challenges, clarifying design intent, issuing guidance, and implementing design changes or missing inputs where required.• Chairing design coordination meetings at multiple levels, preparing and managing minutes of meetings and tracking progress through Aconex to maintain accountability.• Proactively addressing bottlenecks in the design cycle (FCN, FCR, DCR, RFC, FCC, etc.) across BOD, DD, and IFC stages, engaging stakeholders to ensure workflows are on track and ensure timely delivery.• Contributing to project success by ensuring that design deliverables are constructible, compliant, and delivered within schedule, supporting the overall goal of on-time project completion.
