ABOUT RAFAEL MAMBRETTI

I enjoy creating solutions. Solutions to problems that almost every company faces: sustainable growth. It goes deeper than simply achieving a sales goals or acquiring thousands of visitors. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that the answer doesn’t always lies with the old “increasing sales” or the new “let\'s improve conversions”. It happened with the company I’ve co-founded: sales were there, but not with sustainable margins. The smart solution? A new price strategy, it didn\'t just raised our margins, but also lead to more transparency for customers. Working in different positions - either in startups or mature companies - between sales and marketing and my own entrepreneurship adventure; brought me a skill-set that directly contributes for an entrepreneurial, innovative, and results-oriented approach. This makes me capable, comfortable and fit for Business Development, Sales Management, Online Acquisition Manager and Marketing positions. Here is a brief snapshot of the value I add to the organizations and teams I work with: Leading significant increase in presence in SM at ~30% annually by improving engagement and brand awareness. Throughout an innovative service and sales strategy, in years of economic recession, managed: revenue increase of more than 500% on first year, 95% on the second, 53% on the third and back to 95% on fourth. Re-launched an acquisition channel with an increase in traffic -with no use of PPC - of more than 950% compared to previous months. I like the fast paced dynamism of the online, but without neglecting the opportunities of the offline. I also truly enjoy the steadiness and thoughtless awareness of meditation, being practicing it for more than 6 years (it helps to keep calm if goals aren’t reached yet).
