ABOUT RAFAEL MAZOTINE
As a curious observer of people and the world, my mind (unfortunately!) never seems to take a day off – I’m always exploring the cultural patterns that shape behaviour and markets.I started my career nearly two decades ago (ow!) working 9 to 5 as an intern in the Cultural & Arts department of a small town. There, I was lucky enough to learn how to be myself, appreciate different perspectives, make the most of limited resources, and think creatively.From there, I moved into the world of interior design and architectural products, where I experienced the magic of design – how it can truly shape people’s lives. That chapter taught me discipline, focus, and the importance of planning (and how to make a great plan!).Now, in my forties and my third industry – the world of governance! – I’ve seen how strategy can shape the future and create lasting change.
