I am responsible for understanding the needs and daily activities of clients, gathering detailed information to ensure that the project fully meets their expectations. My role encompasses writing, describing, and explaining new features, tasks, and stories that will be implemented by the development team. Additionally, I provide support to the Product Owner in managing the backlog and conduct tests and validate the delivery of new features, using Jira Cloud to monitor deliveries and Notion to document the project\'s progress. During this experience, I participated in the delivery of a complete project focused on the U.S. government bonds market and contributed to the delivery of several phases of another project still in development, focused on a product for Middle Office use. Alongside my activities as a Business Analyst, I worked as a Scrum Master for nearly two years, facilitating communication within the team and removing impediments.
