Since the beginning of my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for engineering and a deep curiosity about how things work and how they can work better. With over 15 years of experience in industrial maintenance and projects across the steel, beverage/food, and chemical industries, I’ve had the privilege of leading multidisciplinary and culturally diverse teams through complex challenges and strategic transformations.What truly motivates me is building high-performance teams and creating environments where people can grow, feel empowered and reach their full potential. I believe operational excellence is achieved by developing processes and systems through people.From managing large-scale turnarounds and projects to implementing reliability strategies and optimizing maintenance planning processes, I bring a hands-on, strategic approach to everything I do. I’m also passionate about leveraging technology to enable smarter decision-making and drive more sustainable operations.For me, this background in engineering and maintenance connected with business needs has given me a clear perspective on how powerful the results can be when team goals and organizational purpose are truly aligned. I’m energized by challenges that demand this integration, because I believe that’s where meaningful impact is created, enabling operations, people and the business as a whole to evolve and thrive in an increasingly complex world.
