Perform “QA hold” inspections and quality requirement reviews• Authorize release of product for continued processing and shipment• Perform quality inspections of incoming materials and release for use in manufacturing• Monitor quality standards on the shop floor• Collect and compile data for statistical process control• Perform root cause analysis of non-conforming product and processes• Perform and assist in troubleshooting of product failures and defects• Prepare reports on root cause analysis and failure inspections• Make recommendations to improve and reduce product defects; when feasible• Manage quality documentation by project• Liaise with customer inspectors during customer witness points• Monitor, test and approve special processes• Perform calibration and inspection of equipment• Conduct internal audits to ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 and assure on-going ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 registrationrequirements are met• Comply with the Manitoba Workplace Health and Safety regulations• Take reasonable care to protect oneself and others who may be affected by their actions or omissions• Use all devices, clothing and personal protective equipment designated by PTI and by the regulations• Cooperate with the workplace safety and health committee or representative• Cooperate with other persons regarding workplace safety and health matters• Perform according to company’s certified ISO standards
