A dynamic International Executive with proven experience in Business Development with P&L responsibility, product marketing and sales. Achieved double digit growth through business planning, and marketing programs. Creative problem solver with strong management skills and ability to identify synergies to realize growth opportunities. Strong intercultural skills - worked in 3 Continents (Asia, Europe & America) and in various cultural settings. Have team-building skills which focus on quality, productivity, and results.Some Key Skills:• Digital Transformation – Drive Software profitable growth for MV/LV products & Systems in Europe as part of the Power Digitalization Initiative and developed a Power Digitalization playbook & business plan to grow software and advisory solutions. Include identifying the key enablers to digitalize brownfield installed base & grow the attachment rate for greenfield• Sales and Business Development - Drive a 150 million Euros P&L in Middle East & Africa with double digit growth. Also over 8 years of Sales to HQ of top 100 Fortune companies and leveraging partnerships with key channels to achieve business growth.• Launch and Deployment – Coordinated deployment of products in over 30 countries and collaborated with teams to provide services autonomously through Training Development and supporting the execution of Commercial Action Plans in said countries. This highlights my strength in building a company network and the ability to work in various international environments.• Leadership – Drove the Field Services VP\'s to build the business in Africa and sustain the Field Services growth. I also Led a team of 13 to develop Field Service strategy for Africa to achieve strong growth.• Project Management – Throughout my career I functionally manage, delegate and coordinate several activities in the implementation of new products and services in co-ordination with the cross functional teams, from idea generation to post implementation review.• International Experience – Worked with over 40 countries in Schneider Electric where I traveled to these countries and trained the teams as part of the launch process. I also worked in Jordan, US and France, but always working with virtual teams that are located in multi-countries.
