Building and leading a team of senior project managers responsible for the delivery of the key Enterprise on premise or cloud projects in EMEA in the financial, telecommunication, retail and public sectors • Executive sponsor of all major projects in the region with accountability on the customer satisfaction, P&L, revenue recognition and other Global KPIs, with a special focus on global accounts. • Key member of the management team in charge of expanding new pipeline in the field of cloud based analytics, AI & RPA, value realisation services and workforce management applications • Part of the commercial proposal decision process and working actively with the Sales organisation on the Enterprise deals, especially in the Trade Floor area. • Consolidating the project management capabilities in the Professional Services organization by sharing best practices across the entire organization, introducing new governance elements and mentoring the team members. • Prioritizing the overall technical resources across EMEA towards the maximization of the regional revenue and customer satisfaction. • Managing the relationship with the technical focal points in the Business Partner organizations and contributing to the buildup of new Partner/Channel relationships. • Responsible for the approval of the Professional Services component of all major deals in EMEA.
