Force reductions (4) and new employment (3) throughout 2013 shrunk the FW TE group such that I am now performing (early 2014) as an individual contributor rather than a manager. I this role, I am working to collaborate within Raytheon to incorporate the best development environment that increases test development efficiency and is data-driven by requirements. Transferred to Fort Wayne, IN Raytheon position in August, 2012 (returning \'home\') for family reasons. Current challenge is transitioning from the advertized two large projects down to one project. This section centers on RF, Analog and Digital testing with a set of standard test system designs. Started at Goleta, CA Raytheon position in June, 2011. Growth occurred in strategizing test solutions ranging from lower cost engineering lab development STE to production test automation to low volume manual test STE. Proposal efforts and cost reduction plans were central to the position. Realignment of internal group\'s technical leadership structure paramount to executing performance in order to service programs with the most cost effective but technically correct test solution. Past at ITT: Experience developing RF test for military communications equipment & have grown effective technical decision making & leadership skills. Last 9-years at ITT was involved in commercial radio product issues team that provided personal & strategic growth. Recognized for cost savings and yield increases.
