In this role, I lead strategic learning and development initiatives that cultivate a culture of learning, empower clinical teams, and embed growth-focused practices. Designing and delivering impactful strategies that foster professional development and organisational effectiveness.Designed and launched a 2-year Management Development Programme for the Clinical Management Team, addressing management and leadership capability gaps.Built the Clinical Virtual Hub (SharePoint) from the ground up—creating a centralised, accessible, and dynamic learning resource for clinicians.Developed and delivered bespoke workshops, for example, Psychological Safety, Managing Change, Emotional Intelligence, and Insights Discovery (as a licensed practitioner).Reviewed clinical onboarding and learning materials; co-led the redesign of the complaints process to enhance learning from incidents.Partnered with Clinical Heads to co-develop a comprehensive L&D programme; currently co-developing a Clinical Competency Framework.Delivered clinical training and contributed to wider change initiatives.
