I am a senior data leader who specialises in making data usable, trusted and decision-ready in complex organisations.Most of my work sits at the point where data strategy, engineering, governance and analytics meet the reality of how organisations actually operate. I am typically brought in when data has grown faster than structure, confidence has been lost in reporting, or teams are delivering without a clear operating model.I have led data functions across healthcare, financial services, consulting and education, covering everything from platform ownership and engineering standards through to governance, performance frameworks and executive reporting. I am hands-on where it matters, but focused on building systems, teams and ways of working that scale beyond individuals.I care less about novelty and more about outcomes.
