ABOUT RACHEL SIBAYAN

As a graduate of BCIT, I have developed a passion for marketing that enhanced my skill set in digital marketing, customer service excellence, and client relations. Because of my experience with BCIT, I am am confident in my ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both in a team setting or independently. Since 2018, I’ve had a career in what I love, travelling. I was offered the opportunity to expand my skillset in brand management and customer service by completing a rigorous 8 weeks of emergency protocols and in-flight service training to be a qualified bilingual Flight Attendant with our national carrier. During the pandemic, I’ve worked full-time for one of the most successful retail brands, Aritzia. In The Concierge division, I\'ve created meaningful experiences for our Clientele and leading our associates as a Channel Lead (previously known as Floor Manager). Through all communication channels, such as live chat, email, and phone calls, Aritzia Concierge fuses sales and service making an impact in sales both online and in-store. You may ask what I love to do outside the office, well, I simply live to be under the sun or cruising down the highway.
