I\'ve always been more interested in what people don\'t say. Turns out that\'s quite a useful quality in a creative strategist.I work across the whole arc, from digging into data to find what customers are actually feeling, to writing the words that make them feel seen. Four years in consumer health and fintech, campaigns in the millions, a studio built from scratch, concepting for TV, writing across channels, reporting on the hits and not-quite hits.
