Owning and delivering the L&D solutions and interventions aligned to the enterprise-wide skills and capabilities efforts by bringing to life the solutions inside and outside of the learning experience platform for all associates in partnership with the broader team and stakeholders. Connecting the dots within the ecosystem creating a holistic learner journey with reduced friction and a cohesive and seamless experience. Defining and driving program outcomes and impact to connect the solutions/tools/resources more broadly for associate growth and strengthening of the talent pipeline. Serving as the nucleus for all L&D solutions related to the enterprise capabilities. Delivering and launching solutions for novice to practitioners within the enterprise capability workstreams. • Partnering with the capability owner(s) and stakeholders to crystallize the problem to solve and prioritize personas. • Collaborating and conveying the value proposition and differentiating one learning product from another. • Partnering and consulting with stakeholders for program outcomes, impact, measurement and evaluation strategy, and program effectiveness. Utilizing data and insights to drive program iterations. • Constructing and prioritizing the learning product roadmap (MVP, 2.0, backlog, must haves, nice to haves, etc.). • Collaborating with the platform services team to address and automate functionalities in the learning experience platform. • Partnering with learning operations and program management team to streamline processes for ongoing program maintenance and support upon handoff. • Thought partnering and collaborating with the broader project team for commercialization of products pre and post launch. • Vendor vetting, management, and delivery: Master Service Agreement (in partnership with procurement), Statement of Work (in partnership with vendor and capability owner), product delivery, payment, and all other efforts in between.
